Returns

Standard, non-customized catalog items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

Please contact us before sending a return. We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may be refused or delayed.

Custom Items

Custom, personalized, proof-approved, quote-based, special-order, and made-to-order items are generally not returnable or refundable.

Please review all wording, dimensions, artwork, part references, and aircraft applicability before approving production. Custom items may be replaced or refunded only if they are defective, damaged in transit, incorrectly produced, or materially different from the approved specifications.

Problems With an Order

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description, and photos when helpful.

If we confirm a production error, defect, shipping damage, or incorrect item, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution.

Return Shipping and Refunds

For eligible standard-item returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the problem was caused by our error, a confirmed defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item.

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error, a confirmed defect, or shipping damage.

Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production, been customized, shipped, or been given to the carrier.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address before submitting your order. If a package is returned because an address is incorrect, incomplete, unclaimed, or undeliverable, the original shipping cost is not refundable and additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Aircraft Compatibility

Please confirm compatibility before ordering. Your POH/AFM, parts manual, approved data, manufacturer documentation, Airworthiness Directives, STCs, and applicable regulations are the final authority for your specific aircraft. Aircraft owners, operators, and appropriately certificated maintenance personnel remain responsible for installation, continued airworthiness, and compliance.
