Using This Site
Please use the site lawfully and responsibly. Do not interfere with site operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, use bots or scraping tools without permission, submit false order or payment information, or copy and commercially use our product data, images, artwork, or content without written permission.
We may restrict access when needed to protect the site, our business, or our customers.
Products and Orders
We work to keep product details, pricing, images, dimensions, and compatibility references accurate. Occasionally, errors or omissions occur.
Orders are subject to acceptance, availability, payment approval, and verification. We may correct errors or cancel an order for reasons such as an incorrect price, unavailable item, incomplete information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item(s).
Aircraft Products
Important: Product information is provided as general reference only. It is not an airworthiness determination, installation approval, maintenance instruction, engineering opinion, or compliance decision.
Aircraft references, wording, dimensions, part numbers, and compatibility notes may not cover every serial number, modification, STC, field approval, Airworthiness Directive, or configuration.
Before ordering or installing a product, you are responsible for confirming the correct wording, part number, material, fit, location, applicability, and regulatory requirements for your specific aircraft.
Your POH/AFM, approved maintenance data, parts manuals, manufacturer documentation, and applicable regulations are the final authority. Aircraft owners, operators, and appropriately certificated maintenance personnel remain responsible for installation, continued airworthiness, and compliance.
Custom Orders
Custom, personalized, proof-approved, quote-based, special-order, and made-to-order items are produced specifically for you.
Please review all wording, dimensions, color, layout, part references, and aircraft applicability before approving a proof or authorizing production. Once production begins, custom orders generally cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded except as stated in our Refunds & Returns Policy or required by law.
Payment and Delivery
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, duties, customs charges, and similar fees may apply.
Payments are processed through PayPal and its available checkout options. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs, supply disruptions, and address problems can affect delivery. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address; additional shipping charges may apply to returned or undeliverable packages.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for confirming that products may be imported into their country and for applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, and other import costs.
We cannot control or accept responsibility for customs delays, refusals, seizures, returns, or charges imposed by customs authorities.
Returns
Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled under our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Standard catalog items may qualify for return under that policy. Custom and made-to-order items are generally not returnable or refundable unless defective, incorrectly produced, or otherwise required by law.
Our Content
Our website, product data, images, artwork, designs, layouts, logos, and written content belong to Arrow Graphics or our licensors and are protected by law.
You may use them for personal shopping and reference. Please do not copy, republish, resell, or commercially use them without our written permission.
Third-Party Services
We may use or link to third-party services such as PayPal, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and other websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, this website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every product reference, image, description, or compatibility statement will be complete or correct for every aircraft or use.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Arrow Graphics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including aircraft downtime, lost income, installation costs, repair costs, or loss arising from product selection, installation, maintenance, or use.
If we are found liable for a claim related to a product or order, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product involved. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Michigan Law
These Terms are governed by Michigan law. To the extent allowed by law, disputes related to these Terms, this website, or an Arrow Graphics purchase must be brought in a Michigan state or federal court.
